So what is Floreio?

Recently I stumbled across this guy who has been working on a capoeira inspired movement that he calls floreio art.  I have to admit, like many people, I was turned off at first. I mean, why do people constantly want to change capoeira?

But after further review, I have to admit that I am wrong in my judgment. First of all, this guy is really good at what he does. I mean, talk about body control. And he also takes what he does very seriously. Like practicing 8 hours a day, and really breaking down each movement so that he can get it’s essence.
